01. Market fit analysis
We pressure-test where your product can realistically win in Japan, then rebuild targeting and messaging for a Japanese audience. That means identifying which segment responds, what the competing alternative actually is here — often a domestic incumbent you have never heard of, or simply the status quo — and whether your price point survives a Japanese procurement process.
The output is a documented position, not a slide deck: the segment, the message, the price, and the objection we expect to meet at approval stage.
02. Meeting generation
We open doors the Japanese way, using the method that produced 424 qualified meetings across two engagements. In a market where trust precedes the meeting rather than following it, this is far more about who makes the approach than about the wording of the message.
You receive meetings with the right titles in the right segment, and, just as importantly, a clear read on which segments are declining and why.
03. Meetings and closing
We design every conversation around the customer's internal approval process, then handle negotiation and contracting in Japanese. Your champion is given material they can circulate without editing, and we stay involved through the departments that never appear in the meeting — their manager, IT, legal and finance.
This is the step that separates sales from lead generation. A booked meeting you cannot run is not a service.
04. Ongoing account management
We remain your day-to-day point of contact after signature, protecting the relationship and growing it through upsell and referral. Japanese enterprise customers, once won, churn at rates that look like a data error to teams used to Western markets — but only when someone is present, in Japanese, when something goes wrong.
